Bybit lists Hamster Kombat (HMSTR) Token for PreMarket Trading

Bitget has announced the listing of its pre-market trading service for Hamster Kombat (HMSTR), which has attracted a lot of attention from the cryptocurrency community.

Bybit, one of the fastest-growing cryptocurrency exchanges, has expanded its support for up-and-coming projects on The Open Network (TON) by allowing pre-market trading of the token for the world-record-breaking game Hamster Kombat.

On July 8, Bybit officially announced that the Hamster Kombat (HMSTR) token would be listed on its over-the-counter (OTC) platform, Bybit Pre-Market Trading. The innovative platform was created to give users early access to new tokens before they are listed on significant centralized exchanges. Before a token is formally listed and made available to a wider audience, it can be traded on the platform, allowing buyers and sellers to set quotes and complete deals at predefined prices.

The announcement states that on July 8 at 10:00 a.m. UTC, Bybit's pre-market OTC platform opened for HMSTR trading. The exchange noted that exact details regarding the delivery timetable will be made available soon.

Bybit emphasized that HMSTR tokens are now available on its pre-market platform, which is a "significant step forward" since it gives users the opportunity to obtain HMSTR tokens before they are listed for spot trading.

"This unique access marks an innovative advancement in our trading offerings, enabling users to secure HMSTR tokens ahead of the market and to lock in their buy or sale prices early."

"It is important to note that there is not necessarily a direct correlation between pre-market and the official listing price; both are determined by the market," the post added.

Gaining early access to tokens builds a solid base of early backers and supporters who can help the project succeed in the long run. The pre-market trading for HMSTR was earlier announced by the KuCoin exchange, but it has since been repeatedly rescheduled.

Hamster Kombat is a blockchain game that combines combat, strategy, and non-fungible token (NFT) collection. Players breed, train, and fight with their virtual hamsters while earning rewards in HMSTR tokens. The game has broken engagement records since its launch in March 2024, according to the developers of Hamster Kombat. With 150 million users, it is currently the third-fastest app in history.
