According to an official press release by Bitget, Gracy, a leading female entrepreneur in the crypto space, brings over a decade of experience in the business, marketing, and financial industries. She also has investments in a number of cryptocurrency startups, such as Bitkeep, which is now known as Bitget Wallet and is Asia's largest Web 3 multi-chain wallet.

Gracy became the first Managing Director (MD) of Bitget in June 2022, spearheading the company's growth strategies as it expedited its plan to expand globally.

One of her greatest accomplishments over the last two years has been co-leading the strategy that has quadrupled Bitget's user base via partnerships with world-famous football player Leo Messi and the development of a strong international affiliate network. This enhanced Bitget's standing as a Web 3 platform and one of the top five cryptocurrency exchanges.

The new CEO is also leading two corporate social responsibility (CSR) programs at Bitget, which promote a more inclusive and diverse crypto industry. In May 2023, she led the #Blockchain4Youth campaign program, which in just one year benefited over 6,000 young talent and has partnerships with over 50 educational institutions.

Being a major force behind Bitget's #Blockchain4Her campaign, Gracy sees a sustainable future for the blockchain industry that incorporates gender diversity and inclusivity to guarantee that women have equal opportunities and representation in this ground-breaking sector.

Gracy Chen stated, "I'm incredibly honored to take on the role of CEO at Bitget."

"Bitget has grown into a top cryptocurrency platform over the last six years thanks to the strong foundation we've laid and the amazing team I work with. Bitget has become a top 5 futures trading platform and a top 10 spot trading platform by continuously innovating in our product offerings and adding value for our 25 million users. I'm excited to keep contributing to the development of this cutting-edge sector that will shape digital finance's future. Being in charge of such a vibrant team is an honor, and I'm eager to take our international expansion to new heights."
