Binance launches Be Binance Campaign to mark its 7th Anniversary

Binance has launched its global campaign “Be Binance” to celebrate its seventh anniversary.

According to an official announcement, the campaign will involve a variety of events, such as social media competitions, virtual get-togethers, exclusive promotions, and community get-togethers, in 19 different countries. Participants can partake in any of the three giveaway activities, totaling $7,000 worth of Binance's BNB token and exclusive merchandise.

The United Arab Emirates (UAE), Australia, New Zealand, Spain, Bulgaria, Benin, and other countries are set to host the exciting events and activities that include music, games, and interactive festivities, the statement added.

The activity begins with a giveaway on the X (formerly known as Twitter) platform for the top 77 qualified participants, sharing $3,000 in BNB token vouchers. The top five users and remaining participants based on their level of engagement will share $4,000 in BNB token vouchers for the Telegram and Discord giveaway activity.

Lastly, users can participate on the Binance social networking content platform known as Binance Square. Participants are to share their birthday wishes for the exchange and share their favorite Binance moments to win Binance merchandise and a 7th-anniversary (7YA) digital badge.

Participants are expected to sign up on these platforms and join daily activity sessions with the hashtag #BinanceTurns7 to get rewarded during the “Be Binance” campaign, the announcement added.

The chief marketing officer at Binance, Rachel Conlan, says the new campaign aims to honor and reward the exchange's loyal customers.

Binance added 100 million users in five years, and two years later, it had 200 million users. By the first half of 2024, Binance had over 30 million registered news users. This achievement increases the possibility of reaching the target of being the first billion Web3 users, Conlan added.

According to CoinMarketCap data, this makes it more than seven times larger than Coinbase, the second-largest exchange, which has a $3.3 billion daily trading volume.
